I'm an Architect at Oracle. I own the architecture of a multi-tenant enterprise SaaS product and the engineering system that produces it: the product customers run on, the factory that builds it, and the operations that keep it up. Over the last two years that has meant leading its move to a Kubernetes-native stack and then rebuilding all three around AI agents.
The agents show up in three places. In the product, which is becoming something other agents can operate, not only people. In the factory, where background coding agents take tasks through pull requests and an AI code reviewer reads every one as a second reviewer. And in operations, where production signals feed back into development. This site is my working notes from doing that at 300-engineer scale, plus what I learn building with agents on my own time.
